At LIVFRESH, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply ensure all tags are attached to receive a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original items, including all designer tags and protective packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
